What this site collects

The fit-check form collects the name, business email, company, show, invoice-size band and note you provide, plus a generated request ID and submission time. We use these to evaluate and respond to your request. Please do not include sensitive documents, payment details or private shipment information.

For abuse prevention, the server also uses a daily hash of your network address and a request counter. It does not store the raw address in the inquiry record. Old counters are removed during owner inbox maintenance.

Where it goes

Requests are stored in private server-side storage supplied through the website hosting platform, our hosting provider and its infrastructure. They are accessible through an owner-restricted review page. Hosting providers may process technical logs, network addresses and security information to operate the site. Processing may take place outside your location.

Calculator and tracking

The calculator runs locally in your browser. Its numbers are not submitted to BoothBill. This site does not add advertising pixels, marketing analytics or marketing cookies. Hosting and sign-in services may use necessary technical storage. External source links have their own privacy policies.

Retention and your choices

Inquiry records are retained for up to 90 days, with older records removed during routine processing. If you become a client, a separate written arrangement will explain document handling and retention before any files are collected. We do not sell inquiry details or enroll you in marketing emails.

To request access, correction or deletion, use the fit-check form, enter “Privacy request” in the show field and briefly state your request. We may verify control of your email before providing or deleting records. Do not include identification documents in the form.

Client files

This public website does not accept invoice uploads. A secure transfer method and any proposed AI processing will be disclosed and agreed before a paid review. Do not send customer documents through the public form.
