Your show bill, checked line by line.

The material-handling invoice shows up weeks after the booth comes down. We set it against your weight tickets, the show’s published rules and every credit on your statement. You get one page of evidence and a question you can send.

The Evidence Ledger

Change one document. Watch the answer change.

A finding is only as good as the paper behind it. Swap a record below. The ledger re-reads the invoice, the weight ticket, the show rule and the statement, and redoes the math. If something is missing, it stops and tells you which document to get.

Billed twice, or billed once and fixed?

Shipment SHP-7 appears on two invoices. It looks like a duplicate. Whether it is depends on what else is on the statement, so we read the whole chain before saying anything.

Rule SEMA-2026-MH, version 2026-public-1, checked November 8, 2026. The official SEMA price sheet lists $1.11/lb by the October 22 deadline, $1.39/lb after it, and the first 500 lb free for exhibitors at 800 sq ft or less. The exhibitor FAQ says 400 sq ft for personally driven deliveries. Until your order terms settle it, the ledger stops for booths between 401 and 800 sq ft.

The ledger never guesses a rate, eligibility, credit or refund from an incomplete file. A clarification request is a question to the contractor. It isn’t a confirmed credit. Don’t withhold payment because of this demo.

How it works

Four steps. You decide at each one.

  1. 1

    Fit check

Tell us the show and what paperwork you have. It’s free, and there’s nothing to upload yet.

    Reply in 1 business day
  2. 2

    Documents

You send the invoice, statement, weight tickets, booth confirmation and order form by a private link. We check the file is complete before quoting.

    Private transfer only
  3. 3

    Scope & price

A written scope with the price and a delivery date. You pay $149 only after you accept it.

    Date agreed up front
  4. 4

    Signed report

The Evidence Ledger, signed after every figure has been checked against the originals, plus a request draft for you to send.

    You send it, not us

Price

One bill. One fixed fee.

No percentage of anything you get back. A bill that turns out to be correct is still a useful answer, and you’ll have the paperwork to show for it.

Paid only after you accept a written scope. Full refund if we can’t deliver what was agreed. No savings guaranteed.

A good fit if

  • Your booth was roughly 800 sq ft or smaller
  • Nobody on your side reconciles the show invoices
  • You can find the invoice, statement and weight tickets
  • You’d rather send a clear question than start a dispute

Probably not for you if

  • Your exhibit house already reviews these invoices
  • You settled it at the service desk on site
  • You want someone to negotiate or collect for you
  • You need legal, tax or freight-claim advice

Who reviews it

“I spent fifteen years in marketing and trade-show campaigns. The software does the arithmetic. I read the paper, and I sign every report myself.”

Plain answers

What if my invoice is correct?

Then the report says so, and shows which checks matched and which couldn’t be confirmed. The fee pays for the review, not for finding money.

Do you recover the money?

No. You get the evidence and a request draft, and you send it. The contractor decides any correction. We don’t negotiate, collect or advise you to hold back payment.

Is this automated?

The arithmetic is. The judgment isn’t. A person checks every figure against your original documents before signing. Your files aren’t sent to an AI service unless you agree to it in writing first.

Which shows do you cover?

SEMA 2026 for now, because its rules are published and we’ve checked and versioned them. We’ll add a show only once its full rule can be sourced and tested.

What isn’t included?

Legal or tax advice, carrier freight claims, labor and electrical disputes, negotiation and collection. Anything outside scope is listed before you pay.

What happens to my documents?

They arrive by a private link, are used only for your review, and are deleted within 30 days of delivery unless you ask us to keep them.
